Fully automated CNC production line
FA 1070Profile Processing & Cutting Machine
With its easy-to-use, flexible operating system, it works compatibly with all joinery and optimisation programs. The saw and milling units can run simultaneously; the 4-axis servo-controlled processing unit allows marking, drilling and channelling on all four faces of the profile. It offers profile loading from 850–6500 mm, cutting from 30°–150° at 0.1° precision, and automatic lubrication.
FA 1040Welding & Cleaning Machine
It welds the four corners of PVC frames at a 90° angle and cleans the corners in series. High-performance corner cleaning with a patented 11-tool, 4-axis CNC; automatic profile recognition and tolerance systems ensure standard production continuity. The conveyor and brush system transfers frames between units quickly without spoiling surface quality.

For serial, precise welding of PVC joinery profiles; with two simultaneously working welding heads it boosts efficiency and delivers strong, aesthetic results.
Double-Head Cutting Machine
For synchronised cutting of PVC and aluminium profiles; it cuts at 45° and 90° angles with high accuracy using two saw units.
Sheet-Metal Cutting Machine
Durable industrial equipment for measured, clean cutting of aluminium plate and sheet materials.
Sheet-Metal Screwing Machine
Flexible, fast screwing on different profiles with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, interchangeable dies and automatic screw feeding.
